The DOT 5 - panel drug testing refers to a specific type of drug testing that is mandated by the U.S Department of Transportation (DOT) for employees in safety-sensitive positions, such as commercial truck drivers, bus drivers, and pilots. The 5-panel drug tests are designed to detect the presence of five commonly abused substances: - Marijuana - Cocaine - Opiates - Amphetamines - PCP The DOT 5 - panel drug test is conducted using urine samples, which are collected under strict guidelines to maintain integrity and accuracy. The testing process follows standardized procedures to ensure consistency and reliability of results. The DOT 5-panel drug testing is specific to DOT regulated industries and may differ from drug testing protocols in other sectors or organizations. Testing time is approximately 30 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
-Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are NON REFUNDABLE however you may reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment. If it is less than 24 hours, a NON REFUNDABLE rescheduling fee of $50 will be incurred. -No Call/ No Show Policy: After 15 minutes, without any notice, you will be responsible to book and pay for another test. -Additional Mileage Policy: Testing sites greater than 10 miles from our main office will incur an additional $30 fee. If the testing site is more than 10 miles away, the additional fee will be determined by the administrator. A separate invoice will be sent with the additional fee.
