2. Binding Arbitration
​2.1 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
2.2 Arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties, and the decision rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.
2.3 The Customer waives the right to bring disputes to court, including the right to a jury trial.

3. Cautions
3.1 Customers are advised that the results of DNA and drug tests are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical or legal consultation.
3.2 Handling and processing of samples will follow strict industry protocols, but Quick Move Solutions disclaims liability for inaccurate results due to Customer error in sample collection.

4. Medical Advice Disclaimer
4.1 Quick Move Solutions is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Customers are encouraged to consult with licensed healthcare professionals regarding test results.

5. Terms of Sale
5.1 All services are sold as-is, and the sale is considered final upon payment.
5.2 Customers agree to provide accurate information and valid identification during the purchase and service process.

6. License
6.1 Quick Move Solutions grants Customers a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the test results for personal purposes.
6.2 Customers may not distribute, reproduce, or exploit test results for commercial purposes.

7. Prices, Payment, and Delivery
7.1 All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7.2 Payments must be made in full before services are rendered. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods specified on our website.
7.3 Quick Move Solutions aims to deliver results within the specified timeframe; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Cancellation, Termination, Refunds & Charges Arising
8.1 Customers may cancel services within 24 hours of payment to receive a full refund.
8.2 Cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a service fee.
8.3 No refunds will be issued once testing has commenced.
8.4 Quick Move Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated, with no obligation to refund.

9. Non-Refundable Affiliate Fee and Promotion Disclaimer
9.1 Affiliate fees paid to join any affiliate program offered by Quick Move Solutions are non-refundable.
9.2 Promotional offers are subject to terms outlined in the promotion and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

10.2 Any misuse of the service or non-compliance with these terms may result in termination of services.

12.2 Unauthorized tampering, modification, or misuse of provided test kits is strictly prohibited.

14.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.4 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quick Move Solutions operates.
